Focus: Whose stories live within me, and how do they guide my becoming?

We carry stories in our bones. Through guided reflection and gentle ritual, we honor ancestors (biological and chosen) and consider how memory shapes identity, resilience, and responsibility.

Our 8 session workshop series invites participants to explore and experience a broad spectrum of spiritual practices that nourish the soul and ground us in mystery, meaning, and connection. Rooted in reverence for Earth, body, culture, and ancestry, this workshop centers practices that awaken presence, resilience, and reverence in a changing world.

Each of our 4 modules honors different dimensions of spirit-centered living – general spiritual disciplines, embodied awareness, cultural expressions, and the wisdom of history as encountered through sacred practice.
