We all face challenges and setbacks, but how we respond to them can make all the difference. This week, we’ll discuss the importance of self-compassion and how to practice it, especially when things don’t go as planned.
Our Mind, Body & Spirit Meeting is open to anyone and everyone who would like to discuss stresses of daily life, eating options, struggles with exercise, and support each other in mind, body, and spirit.
