Guiding Question: How are we cultivating resilience—not only for survival but for deepening our humanity in hard times?
Description: In times of loss, injustice, or uncertainty, leaders are called to anchor their people in spiritual practices of resilience and care.
Practical Applications: Teach grounding practices; train pastoral care teams in trauma-informed presence; establish networks of mutual aid and collective care.
A bold new initiative co-created with emerging leaders, dedicated to fostering UU spiritual grounding, creative expression, and cross-congregational connection focused on spiritual resilience, anti-oppression ministry, and community innovation that will assist in understanding how Unitarian Universalism is transforming to meet needs of the larger community.
