Prayer takes many forms;  gratitude, lament, hope, and liberation. Whether theistic or non-theistic, prayer can shape our inner and outer lives. Participants will craft personal blessings and explore intention as spiritual practice.

Focus: What practices will sustain me in love, courage, and justice for the long arc of my life?

We will conclude by weaving together the practices that resonated most deeply. Participants will create a personalized spiritual covenant; a sustainable “Rule of Life” to guide their own ongoing growth, grounding, and resilience.
